It is time to meet another M1 on Finance and Grants Steering Committee...Dan Kats! He attended Rutgers for undergrad, so he knows his way around New Brunswick. He loves swimming, golfing, and trivia, so keep your eye out because one day you might see him on Jeopardy!

1. What is your favorite part of medical school so far?
Dan: My favorite part about medical school is the opportunity to learn all of the clinical correlations that will help us treat our patients in the future. I also enjoy how collaborative the environment is between students.
2. What is your least favorite part of medical school so far?
Dan: I enjoy everything about medical school, but my least favorite part is the lack of time. We spend so much time studying, so sometimes it is important to take a break and relax for a bit.
3. If you could have dinner with one celebrity, who would it be?
Dan: If I could have dinner with anybody, it would be Warren Buffett. He has a lot to teach about humility and the power of giving.
