Administrative Elective


If you have been an active member of the steering committee for 4 years of medical school, you are eligible to receive 4 weeks of the PC Administrative Elective credit. The requirements are as follows:

  1. Attend 75% of all steering committee meetings each year (including those with your sub-committee, manager, and entire steering committee)
  2. At the end of each year, write a paragraph detailing what you did for your committee for the year.
  3. Contribute fairly to your subcommittee's projects. This will be assessed through peer evaluations, which must be filled out every year.

Because of these requirements, YOU MUST DESIGNATE ONE MEMBER of each subcommittee to send us a summary of your group's attendance twice during the year. Once by NOVEMBER 24, 2014 and again by APRIL 24, 2015. You should include the number of meetings attended by each member of the committee as well as the total number of meetings held.
